Her book ‘They Call Me Mama, From the Under Bridge Diaries’ in Lagos (2014) gains inspiration from her time as a mentor to street kids.
This year, in line with International Women’s Day, we at One Woman shared ‘The Pledge’ a docu-drama featuring scenarios that have led to women leaving the workplace, further contributing to fewer women at senior positions.
A big thank you to the 287 Nigerians who signed our #PressforProgressNG pledge on #IWD2018. But this is just the first step. Inspire others in your workplaces and community with your actions. Identify women in your circle in need of empowerment and take daily steps to help her rise to the top. We can do this. We can create the change we want.
